Directsinks is located in Long Island, NY.   Fortunately for us, so is Kraus!  We have been selling and distributing their products for many years. We have personally been to the research and development lab, and have tested many products in real life in our own homes, and our showroom.  Many brands boast of their customer service, but Kraus truly delivers.
