Prep and Bar Sinks and Faucets

The Prep Sink or Bar Sink is simply an auxiliary sink used for small tasks such as washing hands, or rinsing glassware. Sometimes located outside of the Kitchen, as a wet bar, or another room where you like to entertain and gather.  When located in the kitchen, the small sink is often called a Prep sink.  This often allows two people to cook together and not crowed over one sink.  When in the kitchen, often this sink might be connected to filtration, near a stove, or just strategically placed to maximize efficiency.

The faucet used for the bar or prep sink is equally important. Typically the faucet does not need to be too tall, and is generally less ornate compared to a standard Kitchen faucet.  Most often, these faucets will be a single hole configuration.
