First thing to mention is the rapid service and follow up email that all is good. I received my sink (double boxed) in a few days. The price was great and the sink was just as described. I installed the sink the next day and I am very happy with it.

One of the issues that kept us from ordering a petrified wood sink sooner was that each one is unique, and we couldn’t get anyone to commit to sending us photos of the one we would be getting or recommending a showroom where we could see it. When we found the Direct Sinks web site they had each one shown and details included, which made our decision easy. We called with questions and had a conversation with Joe, who answered all of them. Then we received the sink sooner than expected, which is always a nice surprise.

Love the “D” shape to get large pots on the sonk, plus the extra depth is great to have.

It’s a beautiful sink, but unfortunately it’s the wrong size. I need to do a return, I filled out what I needed to online but have not heard anything back. If someone could please reply back to me on the process for doing a return that would be fantastic.
