Great service

Our sink has not been installed yet... nevertheless I appreciated the great service from the gentleman on the phone. And the prompt delivery:). When ordering a similar product from Amazon... had zero customer service and after a month of not seeing our product delivered. We were going to have to pay more than double for the same product to reorder assuming the item was lost in the mail. It now shows up at the wrong address and we are threatened the cost of the product if we don’t return... sigh of course we will return. But threats!! Oh well never do business again with Amazon when a local supply is more effective. Thank you Direct sinks:)
