Semi-Recessed bathroom sinks give you the look of a vessel sink with the functional benefits of an undermount sink.  Their unique installation type creates a beautiful, unique centerpiece for any bathroom. They only partially protrude from the surface they are placed on, unlike an above counter sink which sits completely on top of the countertop, and where an undermount is mounted completely under the countertop. This results in something that is halfway between the two. 

Often times, since the skirt of the sink isn't too tall, use of a standard bathroom faucet will work. But be sure to check all measurements and clearances to be sure!
