An Important Message from the Family at DirectSinks

DirectSinks is a family owned business. With this said, we have a lot of control over how we can continue to service our customers. Many of our partner warehouses are still working and operational with more particular conditions that may contribute to longer shipment times.  Please understand that COVID has effect distribution channels, and precautions have employees working from home, which drastically reduces the speed of communication.   

Notable Extended Lead Times by Brand

Processing time does NOT include transit time. Processing time is the time it takes to get your order fulfilled and picked up with a carrier. 

Rene Sinks has extended their processing time to 7-10 business days.

Kingston Brass has extended their processing time to 7-10 business days

Ruvati did have delays at the end of Feburary through the middle of March due to the weather and closures they experienced in Texas.  They now seem to be back up and running and processing new orders within the normal 1-2 days time.
