Excellent customer service

The reason for my two star review is because I was shipped the wrong sink. Which was the fault of the manufacturer and not Direct Sinks. Package arrived and was the correct box with the photo of the sink I ordered. However, inside was a sink of lesser quality made by another company entirely. I called within 30 minutes of the package arriving and left a message with customer service.
I was able to speak to someone the next morning who was very kind and helpful. He assured me that the issue would be taken care of. I have been credited but we are just waiting to hear from the manufacturer about how to get them back their incorrect sink.
Again, based on customer service, I give this company 5 stars. But, sadly I am still without a new sink.
