WINE LOGIC IN-CABINET 18 BOTTLE WINE RACK - PRODUCT REVIEW
Wine Logic has came up with a concept that's quite new in the industry and it's probably one of the most useful kitchen accessories for all of you wine enthusiasts. I'm not even sure if it's considered an accessory...maybe an appliance? How about we classify it as storage for now because that's precisely why these things are flying off the shelves. The founders of Wine Logic developed a solution to the troubling attempt to store overstock of their favorite wine.
The Wine Logic In-Cabinet 18 Bottle Wine Rack was then prototyped to be a storage solution that will fit in an ordinary kitchen base cabinet and allowing them to view wine labels easily and effortlessly. It was then perfected into a wine storage masterpiece constructed with high quality, solid maple wood. Masterpiece is actually an understatement...when we started putting this rack to use we were astounded by all of the benefits it has!
Wine Rack and Storage Solution Combined
Our first impression was the best and probably the most exciting part of being a new owner of the Wine Logic, which is when it arrived in the mail. The box was very neat compared to some boxes that come in the mail these days and it sported the Wine Logic logo right on the side panel of the package.
Cutting off the tape and prying each panel of the box open lifted a soothing aroma of natural maple wood. After inspecting the contents of the box, I was a little nervous to only find 4 screws and a single sheet of paper with install instructions. The finish on the wood looks great and it's almost a shame to hide it away inside of the cabinet. Before installing it into the cabinet we wanted to see how it looked on top of the countertop, knowing that it will certainly be a focal point of the kitchen and also a conversation starter. We weren't willing to sacrifice the amount of counter space it needed so we decided to install it into one of our 18" base cabinets.
The install instructions were very straight forward and the manufacturer also has installation videos on Youtube which really helped us visualize the installation. After I installed the rack, I went ahead and loaded it with all of our wine bottles and it really was incredible to see 18 bottles of wine just disappear inside of my kitchen cabinet. It turns out to be a very good storage solution, especially for wine due to the darkness inside of the cabinet which protects wine from light degradation. All of the bottles lay down on their side horizontally, which keeps the corks moist and swelled. The most convenient part of this rack is how easy the draws slide out and that you can have the bottles label facing up, allowing for easy wine selection.
I'm very pleased with the product and all of it's benefits! My only regret is not purchasing the larger size, Wine Logic In-Cabinet 30 Bottle Wine Rack which can hold up to 30 bottles!! Can you imaging storing 30 bottles of wine in an 18" cabinet?!

Really good actually! The majority of Kraus Kitchen Sinks are made of 16-gauge stainless steel, which is more than adequate regarding thickness of the metal. The sinks have a generous amount of undercoating and padding which results in a very quiet sink. The faucets are very well made and easy to install. We recommend their products to our own friends and family, and we also have their sinks, faucets, and accessories in our own homes.

Not normally. First, if you dig into the internet deep enough, you will find a complaint about every sink brand and rust.
Kraus is often mentioned simply because of the popularity of the brand.
Most frequently, something that looks like rust shows up in the first few weeks after the sink is installed.
Why? During the countertop fabrication process a very fine dust is created (like sawdust from wood, but very fine). If this dust is on the sink after installation and gets wet, it may show oxidation on the surface of the sink.We see this as the most common cause. Typically after the sink is thoroughly cleaned after installation, no stains will show up. Another situation that can cause a stain or mark is if something is left in the sink and it's wet, especially flatware, pots and pans, and steel wool. The composition of your water can also contribute to this. Water with high iron content will leave stains frequently.
Really great information about this can be found here, at Bar Keepers Friend
